The Need for Protection

	You have a flat tire and aren't able or dressed appropriately to mount the spare.
	You thought you had enough gas, but you ran out 10 miles from the nearest station.
	You wake up to find you left the lights on and the battery is dead.
	You shut the car door and at that exact instant, you realize you have just locked your keys inside the vehicle.
	In an ice storm, your car slides off the road and won't go anywhere until it is winched out.

When these things happen at home, they may be a nuisance, but when they happen in an unfamiliar vehicle in an unfamiliar locale, it can become an unsafe situation.

 

All our vehicles have a national Roadside Assistance plans for a small daily charge, you are covered for any of these common roade hazards:

	Tire damage and spare tire change service
	Jump start
	Keys locked in vehicle
	Out-of-gas fuel delivery, up to 2 gallons
	Towing up to 25 miles (additional miles are charged at $4.00 per mile)
	Winching a stranded or stuck vehicle

When you operate the vehicle in accordance with the Rental Agreement, there are no charges if any of the above services become necessary, and ACE will make no claim against you or your insurance provider for those items. If any services become necessary as a result of an accident, you may be responsible for thos charges. If you choose not to purchase the protection package, ACE wil arrange roadside assistance on the best effort basis during normal office hours. You may be responsible for any charges that are not covered by other protection options.

Often times a body shop or an adjustor at an insurance company will recommed you to us.  We handle all the details of the rental with both your insurance company and the body shop.  All you have to do is sit back and relax.  We'll even call you when your vehicle is ready and give you a ride back to pick up your vehicle at the body shop.  We direct bill the insurance company for you so there's no out of pocket expense.
